Blind Biz Customers
Please contact us immediately. Your repairs are under the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, and we handle the claim and the repair for you. See our warranty page for the full terms.
Non Blind Biz Customers
We are able to repair only Hunter Douglas products, for a nominal fee, if the treatments were not originally purchased from us.
